Welcome to my website and creative space.  This process of developing a website is very fascinating thus far and is always a work in process.  I believe through creative endeavors we learn and grow in authentic ways.  My intention is to share my stories, research, and thoughts on my website and enter into a new online world.  I am excited about the possibilities and welcome your participation in the process.

On my website you will find a collection of my original research, creative expressions, and reflections as an athlete, educator, father, friend, musician, and yoga student.

I believe that learning is endless and innate to the human condition.  Becoming our best authentic self is a celebration of life, love, and is a process of intention.  As I celebrate my life, I am inspired to work with students and adults to ensure that they have the support to reach their potential.  To this end, I am building my online presence to share my creative process, thoughts, and writings.  Please feel free to enjoy and share your thoughts.
